Police in Las Vegas, Nevada, hope to find whoever is behind a heinous act of cruelty involving two dogs who were put into plastic bags and abandoned in a dumpster. The Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) Spring Valley Area Command released information about the crime on Monday afternoon, writing:
On January 4, 2020 at approximately 1253 hours Animal Control received a call stating two tan Chihuahua dogs were found in a garbage bag inside of a dumpster located at 8560 W Desert Inn Rd Las Vegas, NV 89117. Employees from a nearby business stated they heard noises near the dumpster and discovered the two dogs inside the dumpster.
The Chihuahuas were inside of a plastic bag that was hurled into a dumpster – the authorities stated that the dogs were alive and left to suffocate in the bag. Employees from a nearby business removed the dogs from the bag and rushed them to an area animal hospital.
Information needed
Surveillance video showed the driver of a vehicle discarding what is believed to be the two dogs inside of the dumpster. The vehicle is a silver Toyota Camry, possibly a 2015 model year. The vehicle has two dents. One dent is on the passenger front fender and the other on the rear passenger fender.

I don’t understand how or why anyone could be so cruel. Why have an animal if you are not going to care for them properly???
There is NO law that requires companion animals in each household……. some people should never have pets or children!!!
