The search is on for a dog in Houston, Texas, who may be suffering from injuries after a person was observed “viciously” kicking him (or her). On Wednesday, the Houston SPCA announced the offering of a $500 reward to anyone who turns the dog over to them.
The animal welfare agency recounted what is known, and asked for the public’s assistance:
HAVE YOU SEEN THIS ANIMAL? Several members of our Animal Cruelty Team will be in southeast Houston tomorrow morning passing out flyers and speaking to neighbors as they actively search for a dog who was seen on a Facebook video being viciously kicked from inside a car as onlookers laughed.
Adding:
We are offering a $500 reward for anyone who turns the dog in to Houston SPCA. It is currently unknown if the dog has suffered any injuries and could possibly be in need of veterinary care.
