A disturbing and bizarre video, showing a crazed woman in a strange encounter with a man, is being widely circulated on Twitter. The video was Tweeted by “glogloglo@mulaflare” on Oct. 9.

The woman, who appears to be “under the influence” of something, has a non-sensical conversation with a man who seems to be trying to get away from her. At one point the woman says that she “doesn’t have an identity,” and at another point, she says to the man, “you’re black.”
Toward the end of the encounter, the woman hurls the puppy towards the man. The pup starts crying after hitting the ground, and then gets up and runs to the man, who picks her up and tells the woman that the dog is not hers anymore.
Though not confirmed, it appears that the puppy escaped serious injury and she is presumably in the care of the man who saved her from the woman. There is a new Instagram which appears to feature the pup (click here).
It has been reported that this disturbing encounter took place in Los Angeles, California. The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation is seeking tips from the public. Anyone with information should email: [email protected]
