Surveillance video captured the moment a woman, driving a Tesla, abandoned a yellow Labrador retriever in Vancouver, Washington. The video footage was posted on the I Paw’d It Forward Facebook page on Thursday:
This woman thought the best way to get rid of a dog, was to take him to Orchards Park in Vancouver, WA tonight and leave him there to watch her drive off in her Tesla with Oregon Plates.

With a request for help:
The dog is an older yellow lab. If you know a woman that drives a Tesla with Oregon Plates, who likes to wear spandex pants and owned a Yellow Lab, please, contact us PRIVATELY with any information.

Update
The rescue group provided an update on the abandoned dog, writing:
It is abhorrent to see this happen. We know. We feel you. We are working hard on the answers and ask that you give us time to get them, legally.
To that end, this sweet boy is not available for adoption and wont be while an investigation is happening. We cannot respond to all the request of folks that want to adopt him, we just don’t have the bandwidth. Neither does the Humane Society or Animal Control so please, take a breath, and let us sort this out
This pup deserves our undivided attention, so lets focus on this please! He is safe and getting tons of loves and care.
