In San Bernardino, California, a small white dog was hit by a car and had to be extricated from the grill of the vehicle. Her condition is serious, and if he is not rescued today by an approved organization, he will be humanely euthanized by the shelter.
On Thursday afternoon, a public plea went out from a shelter volunteer asking for immediate help after a Good Samaritan accidentally struck the dog who then became wedged into the grill of his Challenger. He drove slowly until he reached assistance.
“This guy must receive surgery ASAP! He is here at the shelter, but must go today … no exceptions.
