Update from shelter: Milo 45925271 was found in his kennel in respiratory distress and minimally responsive. We, unfortunately, had to humanely euthanize. Lilo 45925055 is still in need of a rescue!
Two horribly neglected dogs are desperately in need of help in Texas. The dogs, dubbed Milo and Lilo, were taken to the Palm Valley Animal Society facility after being picked up as strays. It is readily apparent that neither dog has seen anything in the way of care for far too long.
On Tuesday, the Palm Valley Animal Society posted a video of the dogs and wrote:
Lilo 45925055, Milo 45925271 arrived at Palm Valley Animal Society as strays.
Both Lilo and Milo have severe skin condition along with green eye discharge.
While in our care both these pets are pending distemper results due to showing signs of upper respiratory infection as well as receiving antibiotics.
Adding:
Lilo and Milo are in need of a foster to recover outside of the shelter, or a rescue that can provide them with the medical care they require.
