In Topeka, Kansas, police were asked to investigate a disturbing video of a juvenile throwing a cat into the air and laughing as the defenseless animal landed on the windshield of a car with a loud thud.

According to the Topeka Police Department, the video posted on Thursday to social media showed a juvenile throwing the cat into the air. The video was brief and there have been a lot of questions concerning the cat’s welfare.

Lt. Aaron Jones stated the video was disturbing and stated detectives were able to locate the juvenile and determined the teen did not make the video and other than posting it to social media, the disturbing situation occurred in another state. Police are continuing their investigation.

  1. Kansas with very corrupt law enforcement ARE PROBABLY lying about this. These cops are KNOWN for beating people of color, while standing on their backs until ALL life is CRUSHED out of them. I believe this about as much as I believe anything that comes of out tRUMP’S mouth.
