On Thursday, a Texas man was arrested for allegedly attacking his dogs. As reported by KTSM News, the alleged animal abuser is identified as 38-year-old Justin Free Millinder of El Paso.
Millinder allegedly shot his pit bull, and beat his seven-month-old puppy, after the pup peed on a piece of furniture.
Both dogs survived the abuse and are receiving care from a veterinarian. Millinder was arrested and taken to the El Paso County Detention Facility.
