Dog stolen with truck

Social media helps lead authorities to person that stole truck and dog

A social media post about a stolen truck, with a dog inside, helped lead the authorities to the suspect. As reported by 9 News, on Friday the police responded to a 911 call about a possible stolen truck in Clear Creek County, Colorado, and an arrest was made.

Beatrice, the dog taken with the Dodge Ram 1500 truck, was still inside and she has been returned to her owner. The dog and truck were stolen from a parking lot at 601 Englewood Pkwy on Friday afternoon.

No word on the identity of the suspect.
