A snuggly puppy, who is said to love belly rubs, is at risk of being euthanized at the San Antonio animal control facility in Texas. The pup, dubbed Franny, is just a year of age and weighs under 50 pounds.

THIS DOG IS IN ACS KENNELS & AT RISK OF BEING KILLED. SHELTER EVALUATES SPACE AT: 9:30 am Mon-Sat, and again at 5 pm Mon-Fri & 3 pm Sat. Or at anytime as space is needed.
