A very active and intelligent dog was returned to the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter on Tuesday, and the moment he realized his new owner had pulled into the gates, Rocket “hit the brakes.”

Just days after he was adopted, his latest family told the shelter they “had no time.” And so very scared and so very sad and not understanding why he was back in the shelter, the two-year-old black and white Labrador retriever blend sits and waits for one more chance.

  1. WHO WOULDN’T HIT THE BRAKES?! WHY DID THE SELFISH LUNATIC ADOPT HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE IF HE HAD NO TIME?!

HOPE NOBODY HAS TIME FOR THE BRAINLESS HEARTLESS A ……

PLEASE FIND A SANE ADOPTER FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL SWEETHEART–ONE
WHO HAS A BRAIN AND HEART INSTEAD OF ROCKS!

  2. Technically he is still a puppy. According to our veterinary clinic, larger dogs, like labs, are still puppies until ~2.5 years. He’s still a baby……. requires lots of time and attention but it’s so worth it to train puppies….. you end up with a well socialized, well mannered family member……
