Scared abandoned puppy did everything he could to be invisible

In Houston, Texas, a tiny, abandoned puppy mastered how to be invisible. Just a few months old likely thrown away as if he was trash, he hid away – avoiding the hottest part of the day and the hostile attacks from predators. After all, being that small and ultimately defenseless had to be a life saving dilemma.

On Wednesday, his fight to survive in the streets was over. The skin and bones little pup was rescued by Jenny, a volunteer member of the rescue group ThisIsHouston,

“This baby is just a puppy and he’s got the streets figured out already. He obviously didn’t figure out how to beg for food because he’s skin and bones  one of our team members, Jenny, spotted him off of Mykawa while she was driving around for work. She returned after work along with rescuer, Lupe and they captured him together. He tried to blend into the wall. He’s only a few months old and he’s got white gums, which could mean he’s anemic,” the group posted on their Facebook page.

His foster has named this dog Milo, and he has settled in and feeling more comfortable. What a difference a few hours, a calming environment, soft voices and some good food make. Milo was so terrified when he first arrived.

Many thanks for everyone’s help.
