Sad and frightened shelter dog in need of help

A sad and frightened shelter dog is in need of help in San Antonio, Texas. The year old boxer, named Woley, was surrendered by her owner to the at San Antonio Animal Care Services on September 8 and her “exit” date passed quickly on September 9. Those familiar with animal control agencies know that owner surrendered dogs are most at risk of being put down because there is no “stray hold” period.

On Wednesday, the SAPA Urgents & Adoptables Facebook page wrote:

sad and bashful girl in the kennels. She is unsure right now and needs help warming up. Will you help this sweet gal break out of her shell?

THIS DOG IS IN ACS KENNELS & AT RISK OF BEING KILLED. SHELTER EVALUATES SPACE AT: 9:30 am Mon-Sat, and again at 5 pm Mon-Fri & 3 pm Sat. Or at anytime as space is needed.

Note: Please direct all inquiries about this dog to the shelter. The Pet Rescue Report is NOT the point of contact. SAPA Urgents is referring to this dog as Coral, while Petharbor shows her name as Woley.
