A hefty reward is being offered following the discovery of an abandoned dog who was found inside of a garbage bag which was left in an apartment dumpster in Villa Rica, Georgia. The Villa Rica Police Department announced the offering of a $5,000 reward on Tuesday:
On December 29, 2020 the Villa Rica Police Department received a call from PETA. Their organization is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for dumping the dog now identified as “Miracle” in the dumpster at Wilson Mill Apartments in Villa Rica.
