In Moscow, Russia, an adorable black and white kitty has become an Instagram star. With more than 60,000 followers, Manchester only has four-inch legs, but he sure does garner a lot of fun photos and activities regardless of his diminutive size.
According to his Instagram account, Manchester is two-years-old and is identified as a Munchkin – known for their extremely short legs. He lives with his human Alexander Usakov, who says the kitty lives a fabulous life. Usakov purchased Manchester when he was four-months-old.
