A puppy, seen on video being viciously kicked by a woman, has been found. The Houston SPCA has posted multiple images of the abused puppy and updated Facebook followers about the pup’s rescue:
WE GOT HIM! During our search this morning with Houston Police Department, a compassionate animal lover who says she found Max after the vicious attack in the viral video turned him over to us after she saw one of the flyers. We are so grateful for the love she’s shown this little guy!

According to the chief veterinarian Dr. Dev, the dog is less than a year old and is still considered a puppy. He is now safely in our care where he will be given a full exam and care as the investigation is still ongoing.
Thank you to HPD and all of the neighbors and residents who were so eager to help find Max!
No word on potential charges and/or if the person who was caught on video abusing this pup has been identified.
