Meet Madison; a puppy only a few months old that had been scavenging for food and survival on the streets of Houston this week. Sadly, she hasn’t had the best of luck, and it is difficult to imagine people walking by her and her siblings and watching them suffer and doing nothing to help.

Fortunately, Madison was picked up by animal control in the same area as two other dogs recently saved by ThisIsHouston, but no one can be sure they all came from the same litter.

And here we have a terrified puppy in need of rest and care. She won’t even walk on her own and barely moves around. Now the work begins to give Madison the new life she deserves.
