Pup in a bucket needs help finding a home out of high kill shelter

Poor little Miska has no idea why she is confined to a small space and sleeps in a plastic bucket. The Carson Animal Care Center is currently closed to the public because of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the 49 dogs still at the shelter only have social media to help them find loving homes.
