Police in Maryland have released a photo of a man who is suspected of luring seagulls to a parking lot and then killing them with a moving car. As reported by NBC Washington, the suspect killed 11 seagulls in the parking lot of the Laurel Plaza Shopping Center on January 4.
An investigation revealed that the man had purchased a bag of popcorn at a Dollar Tree shortly before dumping it into the parking lot to lure the birds. The authorities believe that the suspect was driving a newer model Chevrolet Equinox with Maryland tags.
A reward of $5,000 is offered by PETA for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this cruelty case. Anyone with information is asked to call the authorities at 301-498-0092 or send tips to [email protected].

To think of this “stunt” is beyond sick and cruel…… I think this creepy POS will “graduate” to people after he gets “bored” of killing animals. He needs to be found, prosecuted and jailed for a long time…..
