Not even white fluffy dogs immune to neglect: Needs out of shelter

An 11-year-old neglected fluffy dog arrived at the Devore Animal Shelter from Colton in heartbreaking condition. At one time, the fluffy little ones had been immune to this horror, but it appears this pup has not been cared for in a very long time.

My name is RESCUE ONLY. I am a female, tan Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 11 years old. I have been at the shelter since Aug 16, 2020.
