A four-year-old German shepherd sits in misery at a busy California animal control facility. The dog, who appears to have been used to produce puppies, is being held at the Los Angeles County Animal Control (Baldwin Park) facility.
On Thursday evening, the Saving Baldwin Park Shelter Dogs Facebook page posted several photos of the dog, and wrote:
4 yr old miserable female German Shepherd available 8-23.😫 AWFUL! She needs a better owner or rescue. Looks like she’s flea infested (if that’s what’s all over the kennel floor), overbred with a skin issue and miserable!!😡 Which is how many shepherds here come in! NOT OK!!☹️🙏🏻 Please share. This poor girl deserves better this time! Our shepherds need a lot of help and good families. This is just AWFUL!🥺
With proper care and veterinary treatment, this lovely dog will be stunning. She just needs some TLC. Please help her find a reputable rescue group, or loving adopter, by sharing her adoption information.
