In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, an animal advocate was shocked, angry and sickened on Wednesday morning when she opened the front door of her home. Just 50-feet from Roxanne Shanaman’s front porch, some miserable person had dumped the remains of a dog in a trash bag. Roxanne cried and immediately called the police who responded by dispatching animal control to her home.
“After examining this poor soul it’s clear it died a horrible painful death and was starved and made to have puppies and tied up and kept in cage probly(sic) its whole life! Then when the asshole was done with taking everything poor dog had, they starved it tied it in a bag and dumped her on my f*cken porch! ( just about) well I have a message for you !!!,” Roxanne wrote on her Facebook page.
Roxanne is adamant about finding justice for this dog; she has been pouring through her security camera footage trying to get a better picture of the culprit who dumped the poor dog’s body on her property.
“For the life of me I can’t imagine or begin to comprehend why people or how they can do this to another living thing! I am posting pictures of this poor baby in hopes someone knows something, and don’t worry soon as I see who did this I will be plastering their picture as well!!!
Please share and help me seek justice for this poor baby.”
Meanwhile, as graphic and disturbing as the photos are, it is hoped someone recognizes this dog and contacts the authorities. Share the photos and help bring some justice to this heartbreaking act of cruelty.
