A man in Phoenix, Arizona, is accused of killing his neighbor’s dog with meth. As reported by WTKR News, 42-year-old Jeremiah Allen Olp is identified as the man who gave drugs to a woman’s dogs.
A woman, who has chosen not to be publicly identified, claims that she saw Olp reaching into her yard and giving something to her dogs. After Olp saw the woman, he allegedly ran back inside of his motor home. A short time later, the woman’s two dogs began to act strange. When the owner observed them foaming at the mouth and struggling to walk, she took them to a veterinarian for an exam.
The dogs tested positive for meth and the larger of the two dogs died from ingesting the drug. Olp was arrested and is charged with killing an animal without the owner’s consent and animal cruelty; he was booked into the Maricopa County Jail.
