Meet Lulu – isn’t she just a beautif ul white shepherd blend? This two-year-old has a beautiful smile and a happy disposition; she surely is a staff favorite, but that doesn’t seem to make much of a difference at Riverside County Animal Services. Her life hangs in the balance, and she is out of time.
A volunteer at the shelter writes:
“She is infectiously happy & a staff favorite… Lulu was kenneled with another dog for weeks on end, but eventually there was an ‘altercation’ which is a very unforgiving designation in a high kill shelter and after a 2 month stay, Lulu can lose her life TODAY, Monday March 9 Riverside CA.”
Lulu’s kennel mate has since been adopted.
