Kids accused of throwing cat off third floor balcony to be charged

In Cheyenne, Wyoming, a small group of kids have been accused of throwing a cat off the third floor balcony at an apartment building.

According to the Cheyenne Animal Control, officers were called to the scene where the four children, ages 8-13, had thrown the neighbor’s one-year-old cat from a third-floor balcony. Officers arrived as the kids had retrieved the cat from the sidewalk and were planning a second round.

The owner of the cat surrendered her pet to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter where the friendly kitty was immediately treated. His teeth and gums were bruised and bloody, however he is expected to make a full recovery.

Police are expected to be filing an affidavit with the District Attorney’s Office to charge all four children with animal cruelty. The cat will soon be available for adoption.

(Where are the parents of these kids?)

You are absolutely right. It is disgusting that parents are failing their children so badly. These kids are clearly lacking a moral compass and have no grounding in compassion for others……

Right now these kids are pure evil and have reserved places in Hell waiting for them. They will burn forever for their cruelty.

Poor precious little treasure, glad you are going to be ok. I hope you are rehomed ASAP to a loving furever family where you will be treated as a beloved family member.
