Barney is a two-year-old beautiful Irish Setter surrendered to ResQMe – A Homeless Dog Mission in South Florida. He was unwanted by the only family he has ever known and most likely loved them; trouble is that feelings were not mutual.
Barney lived outdoors and never received any attention. Neighbors complained about the dog because they said where the dog was kept smelled like urine and waste.
According to the owner, Barney was purchased to breed with a female who was also kept outdoors. When the female pooch was stolen, Barney was of no use then, and then he was gone.

Submitted an application on this sweet baby. I’m close(ish) to Miami (Central Florida) and we’ve been looking/hoping to adopt another Setter so our current male Golden Setter can have a brother. Prayers we can bring this baby home!!!
