At the West Los Angeles Shelter, no one seems to be interested in Jackie. Her shelter information states she is “rescue only” yet no details as to why the classification have ever been explained. How can any dog be properly evaluated while waiting in a shelter cage?

This beautiful American bulldog must be pulled from the shelter by an approved rescue organization. She can then be properly evaluated and be offered for adoption based on her personality and/or disposition.
