Update: Oops, the shelter discovered that she’s a HE! New name, Buck, and volunteers describe him as an absolute sweetheart!

On April 23, an ailing German shepherd was surrendered to a busy animal control agency in Texas. The dog, named Page, is reported to be three years of age, though she appears to be much older.

Shelter notes on Page state:

PAGE was surrendered by her owner and is in the shelter clinic receiving medical care. PAGE’S medical notes 📝”Dog remains non weight bearing on hind legs, acute moist dermatitis on dorsal back much improved and has dry crusting now, dog is otherwise QAR and eating well on its own, 110 pounds”

Saving Page

Page could use a helping hand. Please take a moment to network her adoption information to help get her the assistance she needs.

  1. Hoping someone in that area will step up and help Page, with whatever that may be. Can’t understand why people dump their animals when the need them the most. I’m in another state, unable to help, but will share her information. Please give this beautiful girl a chance.
