In Port St. Lucie, Florida a 29-year-old man faces two counts of hit-and-run involving damage to property and animal cruelty. Anthony Grullon was arrested on Sunday after crashing a black Toyota Tundra into a Chevy Cruz at a Race Trac on Gaitlin Blvd..

According to WpbfNews, after the crash, Grullon exited from his vehicle and ran around the parking lot completely naked. An eyewitness stated he tried to throw his small dog named Henney through the window of the vehicle as he repeatedly hit the defenseless pup. Grullon then fled; police found him at his home.

Henney was found deceased in the parking lot of the Race Trac.

Further investigation by deputies discovered Grullon had been in two-vehicle crashes. He remains at the St. Lucie County Jail.
