An Arkansas family is mourning the loss of their beloved dog, who died after being repeatedly shot with a pellet gun. On Friday morning, the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society wrote:
Beloved family pet shot multiple times with pellet gun in Pocahontas. Max did not survive. A police report has been filed. If you have any info about who may have done this please contact Pocahontas law enforcement. Please watch your pets in this area…actually please watch your pets no matter where you live. There are some very cruel people in this world. A beautiful dog is gone & a family that includes small children is heartbroken. Run free over the Rainbow Bridge Max💔🐾🌈
Max’s owner, Randy Land, discovered his dog bleeding from the head and nose on Wednesday evening, reports KAIT News. Though Max was rushed to a veterinarian, he could not be saved.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Pocahontas Police Department at 870-892-9867.

Repeatedly shoot in the head whoever did this with a pellet gun and just leave them to suffer! An eye for an eye justice!
Someone intentionally shot this dog…… whoever fired those shots was intending to cause great bodily injury or death…… Well congratulations to them: they did both AND broke an entire family’s hearts…… How can someone do this and still like what they see in the mirror? Why did the POS who murdered this beautiful family treasure think they had the right to kill him?
I hope that whoever killed this dog is found, arrested and charged with Felony animal cruelty…… they have earned a reserved spot in Hell where they will burn forever for their cruelty!!! They can’t get there fast enough……
