An extra-large cat, weighing in at a whopping 29 pounds, was abandoned in a dog crate and he is now in need of a home. The “fat cat,” dubbed Lasagna, has been at ACCT Philly since Sunday. The shelter is hoping to find someone to take her in, and help her shed some weight.
The animal welfare agency Tweeted:
Poor Lasagna was abandoned in a dog crate at a whopping 29.5 lbs
This chonky cat would love someone who can help her lose the #quarantine15 and become a healthy and happy cat
We’ve gotten a lot of interest and appreciate everyone’s desire to open their homes to this sweet gal and help her lose the #quarantine15 and will keep everyone posted on her ❤️
