A cruel, heartless individual left a dog tied outdoors to a pole when a hurricane swept through Texas. A social media post on the dog’s behalf recounts the horrific details:
Tilly’s pathetic owner left her tied to a pole to brave the hurricane and storms by herself while he cowered inside. Her leg was mangled and she was left paralyzed as she was dragged by the pole through water and harsh winds.
Adding:
She survived. Only to be taken to the shelter. Tilly was left on the dirty concrete. A dog left so destroyed by humanity. And her owner receives no punishment. Where is the justice? Who is this man? Someone knows. Found in Rio Grande City, Texas
Tilly has been taken in by the Lake Charles Pit Bull Rescue and she is finally receiving the care that she so desperately needs. On Wednesday, a promising update was posted to Tilly’s newly created Facebook page:
My foster mom called Renee. “How can we get her to me?” And so my new journey began. 3 amazing women drove night and day to get me to foster mom. My old life pictures can be hard for some to see. If you can make it past these photos I’ll be making many happy memory’s with all of my new friends.
Tilly will now how the life that she deserves, but she deserve justice for the cruelty she endured.
