Dog at busy animal control after his owner died

A six-year-old dog finds himself homeless at a busy California animal control agency after the death of his owner. The pit bull mix, named Max, was surrendered to the Carson Animal Services facility in Gardena on May 4 and now, he waits to see if someone will decide that he is worthy enough to be adopted.

Max is described as a sweet dog – on Tuesday, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs writes:

Sweet MAX came to the Shelter because his owner passed away. He’s got sweet energy and look how happy he is after having some fun in the PLAYGROUP! and he needs some help. Please SHARE for a FOSTER or ADOPTER to give him a new home. Thanks!
