Earlier this year, it was a tragic story of a three-legged dog abandoned in the street in the Brazilain state of Rio Grande do Sul, by a woman caught on surveillance cameras pushing the disabled pooch out of her car and roughly shoving it away as she drove off.
The dog, named Tintin, was found by a Good Samaritan and returned to the owner – thinking Tintin had been lost. The same day, however that same heartless owner drove the dog out to the street again and kicked him out of the car a second time.
The clip shows the white car stopping by the side of a road and a woman gets out, opens the back door and two dogs jump out onto the street. She then can be seen encouraging one of the dogs back into the vehicle and quickly shuts the door. It was heartbreaking to watch Tintin trying to get back into the car and being pushed again away by the woman. And as the woman pulls away, Tintin desperately hobbled towards the car leaving.

The disturbing footage of the dog being abandoned quickly went viral and many social media users branded the Tintin’s past owner as “the most evil person on the planet.” Nearly 30 people offered to adopt the dog.
The dog was rescued by Patas Guerreras animal charity, and a new, loving family was found who has since adopted him. He is now receiving the love and attention he deserves. This boy’s story reminds us of the countless numbers of dogs who are abandoned and abused by their cruel owners.

The previous “owner” needs to be arrested for felony animal abuse and sentenced commensurate with such. She’ll do it again to another animal, or maybe to a child! Abusers don’t just stop at doing such heinous behavior once.
