A man who cracked open a dog’s skull, causing her death, is racking up new charges from behind bars. As reported by the Illinois Patch, convicted dog killer, Terrence T. Williams, has repeatedly thrown feces and urine at Will County Jail inmates and staff and it is resulting in more and more criminal charges.
Williams is behind bars not only for killing a dog, he was also charged for unlawful possession of a stolen gun, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and a charge of criminal trespass to a residence. And the stellar behavior continues in jail. Williams was charged with aggravated battery for a July 26 incident where he “threw a container with yellow liquid from his cell hitting (the female) Will County Sheriff Deputy … in the face area.” And on July 28, he was charged again for throwing urine at a fellow inmate.
An incident in early July that states that Williams:
“threw a container with yellow liquid from his cell hitting (the female) Will County Sheriff Deputy … in the face area.”
On Sept. 14 he was charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct after making lewd gestures with his hand and penis. Multiple other incidents, resulting in additional charges, have happened during Williams’ incarceration at the jail facility.
The dog killing incident before Williams was incarcerated, was brutal. He was charged with felony aggravated animal cruelty back in 2017. Court documents detail the brutal act:
“defendant picked dog up and slammed (Sassy) cracking skull of dog open, then kicked dog back into owner’s yard. Dog passed away from the injuries sustained by defendant’s actions.
Williams, who is only 25, had multiple run-ins with the law before he killed Sassy. Prior incidents resulted in charges of aggravated battery, making terrorist threats, criminal damage to property, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
