The coronavirus pandemic is forcing people to stay at home and some people are struggling from loneliness and isolation. One beer company is hoping that the unexpected “at-home” time could be beneficial to homeless shelter pups.
Busch beer has an enticing offer for people (age 21 and up) in the Minneapolis area. The company announced their Foster a dog, get Busch campaign to help inspire people to open their homes to homeless pups at the Midwest Animal Rescue.
The campaign, which runs from March 25 to April 25, offers free beer to of-age participants. In a Tweet, Busch explains:
Everyone could use a companion for the couch right now. So if you foster (or adopt) a dog from Midwest Animal Rescue, we’ll give you 3 months’ worth of Busch to enjoy by their side.

Remember – even if you don’t live in the Minneapolis area, you can help a homeless pet in your area! Please consider visiting your local shelter to find a new four-legged friend. You might not get free beer, but you’ll get unconditional love.
