A badly neglected dog, with nails so long that she could barely walk, is waiting for someone to adopt her from a busy Texas animal control agency. Despite being severely neglected, the eight-year-old Labrador retriever, named Georgia, has been described as an “angel of a dog.”
Volunteer notes provide insight:
Absolute angel of a dog. Super smart. Potty trained and knows sit. We fed her some chicken and after the first bite we didn’t even have to ask her to sit. Longest toenails we have ever seen. She could barely walk. Who lets a dog get in this sad shape?? I hope KARMA gets you whoever you are. We cut this poor sweet girls toenails and the pieces we cut off were at least an inch long.
