A young dog’s life has been turned upside down and it shows. Her name is Sheila and she is utterly terrified at the Miami-Dade Animal Services facility in Florida.
Sheila urgently needs to leave the facility. On Monday afternoon, the Facebook page Urgent Dog and Cats of Miami, writes:
VERY URGENT!! Sheila is in PSF she is too scared to get out of the cage or off the leash 💔
She hardly moves at all .
According to Sheila’s kennel card, her former owners moved and left her behind.
