Update 12/5/2020: Chico is going to a foster home!
An elderly dog, 16 years of age, has been surrendered to an animal control agency in Fort Worth, Texas. The yellow Labrador retriever, named Chico, has health issues and has not eaten in days. His former older has stated that there were no funds to help get him the veterinary care that he needs.

Chico ID#A45863315 is 16 years old, 44 pounds, not neutered, heartworm negative.
Has some health issues but owners can’t afford to take him to the vet can walk but not very well, hasn’t eaten the past 2 days. the bottom part of him shakes a bit from time to time. vet will check him soon
