A young dog, just over a year of age, loves to play, but he is locked away in a kennel run at a busy California animal control agency and he is out of time. According to Saving Carson Shelter Dogs, Joe is on the list of dogs who are going to be put down.
Less than 24 hours ago, the following plea was issued on Joe’s behalf:

Joe wants to play with other dogs – he wants to love and be loved. But his wants will be for naught if he is not rescued or adopted soon.
