Woman, killed by gang member fleeing the police, has been identified

The woman killed during the police pursuit of a known gang member in Long Beach, California on Tuesday has been identified. According to multiple sources, the crash victim is identified as Jessie Bingaman – a woman who ran a dog walking and training business called The Pawtenders.

Bingaman was in a vehicle with six dogs when she was hit by a man driving a stolen van – five of the six dogs perished from the impact. An ex-con who was driving the van which hit Bingaman in an intersection – the driver has been identified as 43-year-old Javier Oliverez of Los Angeles.

Oliverez has been arrested and he is facing multiple charges, including evading a police officer, felony DUI, and vehicular manslaughter.

The one surviving dog is in critical condition at an area veterinary hospital.

  1. As a follow-up to my comment on the original story, after this scumbag dies in his jail cell, take his caucus to the landfill and dump him with the rest of the garbage. Even the rats who feed on his carcus will probably die. And, find those who allowed this POS to be out on bail and charge them as accessories to murder. These liberals who feel so sorry for the criminals that they allow them to roam the streets to victimize other innocent people rather than keep them locked away need to spend some time up close and personal with those they so pity. I think it is about time to worry less about the criminals and give more attention to the innocent law-abiding people who deserve protection.
