Who would surrender a 19-year-old dog? Poor little Mitch is lost and clueless since he was dropped off at the Carson Animal Care Center in California. A volunteer describes the aged Chihuahua:

  1. Wow!!! How heartless and cold. This is the time Mitch’s owner should be with him. All those years of loyalty paid back like this??? Poor baby, I hope someone opens their heart and home to help this sweet senior in his last days.
