Terrified shelter dog is so scared that he has to be carried

A dog, picked up as a stray and taken to the Ramona Humane Society in San Jacinto, California, is so terrified that he has to be carried out to the shelter yard. The dog has been dubbed Tiger, and he is desperately in need of a kind and patient person to save him.

On Thursday, an advocate describes Tiger’s terror:

Tiger is extremely scared and overwhelmed here at the shelter. All he does is lay in his kennel depressed. He won’t even walk on a leash. I had to carry him out to the yard today. It’s so sad to see a dog so terrified like this. Tiger broke my heart 💔. He is so unsure of his surroundings and just wants to hide.

Nobody knows why this dog is so scared – all that is known is that he needs to feel safe and loved. Will you please help Tiger find someone special to help him?
