A teen in Alpena, Michigan, has been arrested and is facing charges after he allegedly engaged in “sex acts” with a dog who belonged to a friend. As reported by ABC News, 18-year-old Damian Barton is facing a felony charge after surveillance video revealed him assaulting a bull terrier/lab mix.
The dog’s owner contacted the Michigan State Police after viewing the surveillance footage showing Barton having sex with the dog – Barton was staying with the dog’s family at the time of the alleged sex crime.
Barton was arrested on Monday and he is facing a charge for crime against nature or sodomy law; he could spend up to 15 years behind bars if he is convicted.
