Sweet stray, his owners didn't want him

Sweet ‘stray’ greeted gas station visitors – his owners were found but they didn’t want him

A sweet “stray” was recently found greeting visitors at a gas station. On Monday, the Facebook page for Lake County, Indiana, alerted followers to the homeless dog’s plight, writing:

Oh, Blake. Your case hits us right in the feels. This sweet boy was found at a gas station, greeting everyone he came across. The nice lady working there called us to come scoop him up.

It turned out that Blake had a microchip which led back to the Asheville Humane Society in North Carolina. Though Blake’s owners were found…they did not want him back. Now this sweet boy is in need of a new family  – a family who won’t turn their back on him.

Information has been provided about Blake’s personality:

Blake is an absolute sweetheart but comes off really strong at first. Once calm, he’s a little angel pie! Blake may benefit from a little bit of doggie manners as he jumps up like a pup. He enjoys his time in the yard, loves curling up on his pile of blankies, and is a little piggie when it comes to treats!

Blake is neutered, heart worm negative and up to date on his vaccines. Will you please take a moment to share Blake’s information and help him find a committed, loving new family?
