The Tipton County Animal Shelter is full, and a stressed pup has resorted to constantly licking the walls of her kennel cage. A volunteer describes her dire situation:
“She is a very sweet girl, but shelter life has taken a huge toll on her and she has resorted to licking the walls constantly. Once outside she is much happier…”

Unfortunately, the Tipton shelter is completely full and dogs are scheduled to be euthanized – this girl included. She is heartworm positive, but through the “Smarts for Hearts” program, her heartworm treatment is completely covered with her adoption.
Share this girl’s plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives. Be the voices for those who cannot speak.
