In Rio Grande Valley, Texas, Rescue Dogs Rock NYC were ready to help on Wednesday morning. Stanley’s owner relinquished him to the shelter and just walked away.
“How do they get to walk away from this abuse with no consequences?,” Stacey Silverstein, co-founder of the rescue, asked as she posted the heartbreaking video of Stanley barely moving and obviously in pain.
Stanley is in the process of being transferred to Pet Dr.911 for life saving medical care. He will immediately be placed in the intensive care of the veterinarian hospital.
