The Idaho Humane Society is offering a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of whoever drowned a dog in the Payette River. Mark Clark, a retired police chief, made the disturbing discovery while fishing. In a Facebook post, he writes,

I know some will find this photo disturbing, I would love to find the son of a bitch that did this. Went fishing on Payette river up by Letha. Came across this disturbing scene, dog with rope and rock. Appeared to have Been thrown over the bridge.

  1. Absolutely heartbreaking, cruel and disgusting. Let’s see the most common choices for rehiring a pet:
    First choice: Personal friends/family
Find a no kill rescue group
    Last resort: Public “Kill” Shelter

Tying a rope around the neck and tossing off a bridge is NOT an “acceptable” choice…….. Neither is tossing the pet into a dumpster, leaving the pet on a busy highway, abandoning the pet in the woods……

Whoever did this to this innocent furbaby has a reserved spot in Hell waiting for them where they will burn forever for their cruelty………..

Precious treasure, your life mattered. I hope you get justice. I absolutely know that you are in Heaven. Please look for MacKitty and join his wonderful snuggle buddies group and RIP amongst loving friends………..
