A puppy in Warren County, Ohio, had to be revived with Narcan after being exposed to drugs. According to WLWT News, the 12-week-old mixed breed puppy had been living in a house where drug activity was known to have been taking place.

Now it’s time for a home

Despite the potentially life ending exposure to drugs, the pup, dubbed Kash, appears to be happy and healthy. Today he is safely in the custody of the Myles Ahead Animal Sanctuary and Rescue and now he is in need of a loving home. Janel Hemrick, the founder of the rescue agency, told WLWT:

He’s healthy, he’s just a little puppy that was in a situation that he probably got himself into trouble with, as far as you know, we can tell.

Adding:

He is full of energy. He is ornery, loves to play with other animals. He is cat friendly. He literally has just been a joy.
