Meet Princess; since June this eight-year-old Labrador retriever mix and no one wants her. When a volunteer for the South Los Angeles Shelter visited with Princess on Friday, she expressed her concern.

“She literally haunts my mind … and I’ve said this before … when you dog isn’t doing well and they can no longer fake it and seem defeated … there’s a big problem. They are masters of disguise. When I see Princess, I am DEEPLY concerned about her. She is not ok. I don’t say that lightly.

What a beautiful lady!!! I wish I could adopt her…… Exactly what I dreamed of (assuming she liked horses)……. I am in Northern California, and have failed to get transport before…….

I hope a local family can adopt her and give her the loving furever home she deserves…..
